If you have initiated a purchase through Precarmart.com, you may have the option to cancel the purchase before the vehicle is delivered to you. You may also have the option to cancel the purchase after vehicle delivery in some special circumstances. In case the full payment is not received within 7 days of the booking, Precarmart reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges.

1.2. Cancellation Fees

In the event of a cancellation, you may be subject to certain fees or charges associated with processing the cancellation. If a car is canceled before delivery, it attracts minimum charges of Rs 5,000. Post delivery cancellations are accepted in only special circumstances and the charges will be levied on a case by case basis..

3.1. Quality issues

It is extremely unlikely that you will face quality issues with our cars as each car goes through rigorous quality testing. However, in an exceptional case where there is a major flaw that is found post delivery of the car due to an issue which existed before it was handed over to you, rest assured we will take responsibility of that and resolve it. We will either get the issue rectified or take the car back based on what the issue is and how severe it is. This is applicable for 5 days from the date of delivery.

In case one wants to return the car for issues such as lack of space, preference for a different colour of the car etc., we currently don't allow that.
